All deliveries are subject to stock availability, authorisation of your payment and in some circumstances account verification. The following information excludes items which will be sent direct from our suppliers including scissors, furniture and larger items which are made to order. Such items may be subject to longer delivery times.

United Kingdom Delivery

Free Next Working Day (UK mainland) & Two Day (N.I., Highlands & Islands) Delivery**

• Free shipping for UK mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands).
• Orders to Northern Ireland (N.I.), the Scottish Highlands and Islands** will be subject to a delivery charge which will be displayed at checkout.
• Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
• Orders placed after 3pm and on weekends or on bank holidays will be dispatched the next available working day.

*98% of our orders are delivered within these times however once parcels are dispatched they become the responsibility of the courier and are not guaranteed next day.

International Delivery

International orders will be dispatched within 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

The courier and service we will use is shown at checkout before payment is taken.

Shipping times vary due to destination and service used. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the goods reach the specified destination, any additional charges for Customs clearance must be paid by you.
