Not every scissor manufacturer offers returns so please check before purchase.
If a scissor blade is damaged when the item arrives please inform us immediately and do not use the scissors
Please check scissors for damage on receipt, as after use scissors can only be replaced for manufacturer fault and not due to damage to the blade.
These terms are non-negotiable.
You must fill out a returns request form via 'My Account > My Returns' on your Barber Blades account.
